Easter Bunny Will Visit Avalon April 8-20

ALPHARETTA, GA -- Peter Cottontail is hopping down the bunny trail to Avalon Boulevard for everyone’s favorite springtime happenings. This month, friends and families of all ages are invited to experience egg-citing seasonal adventures with the Easter Bunny at Avalon, Alpharetta’s community destination.

From Monday, April 8 through Saturday, April 20, the Easter Bunny will be located next to Avalon’s Concierge taking memorable photos with families. Visits with the Easter Bunny are walk-up only, no appointments. Photo packages range from $15 to $25.

On Saturday, April 20, celebrate Easter with the fifth annual Hop-A-Long Easter Egg Hunt in The Plaza. The first hunt for kids ages 0 to 3 will begin promptly at 8:30 a.m., followed by the hunt for kids ages 4 to 7 at 9:30 a.m. During the egg-cellent hunt, children will collect 10 eggs and bring them to the trade-in tent to receive a delicious bag of treats. In addition, guests are invited to stop by Concierge to visit adorable live bunnies from the Georgia House Rabbit Society. Throughout the event, kids can participate in face painting and other festive activities.

Later in the afternoon, JJ’s Flower Truck is celebrating spring along The Boulevard with two floral arranging classes in The Plaza, just in time for Easter. Guests are invited to craft beautiful bouquets while enjoying a complimentary glass of wine during classes scheduled for 2 or 4 p.m. Reservations are required to attend, and the cost is $60 per person.

On Easter Sunday, families are invited back to Avalon to enjoy a delicious brunch at select eateries along The Boulevard, including Café Intermezzo, Cru Wine Bar, Marlow’s Tavern, Oak Steakhouse, South City Kitchen and more.

Avalon’s Hop-A-Long Easter Egg Hunt and meeting the Easter Bunny are free and open to the public. Packages for photos with the Easter Bunny range from $15 to $25. To attend a bouquet-making class with JJ’s Flower Truck, the cost is $60 per person.
