Fulton County Providing Coronavirus Vaccine For Residents
The Fulton Board of Health is an enrolled COVID-19 vaccine provider and is scheduling appointments including for people over the age of 65.
FULTON COUNTY, GA — The Fulton County Board of Health is an enrolled COVID-19 vaccine provider and is providing the vaccine for the initial priority phases. Those include:
- Medical practitioners and staff
- First responders
- Adults age 65 and older (regardless of medical conditions) and their caregivers
- Healthcare personnel and long-term care facility staff and residents
- Healthcare personnel and long-term care facility
- Paid or unpaid people serving in healthcare settings who have the potential for direct or indirect exposure to patients or infectious materials, including but not limited to:
- Staff in clinical settings (e.g. nurses, physicians, EMS, laboratory, environmental services, etc.)
- Long-term care facilities staff and residents
Residents 65 and older over who would like assistance with scheduling an appointment can call Fulton County Board of Health’s COVID-19 Hotline at 404-613-8150 or visit online.
First Responders who are interested in receiving a vaccination should complete the Medical Provider’s Form to schedule their appointment. The form is available at online.

Georgia’s vaccine rollout is currently in Phase 1-A, which allows vaccination only of individuals listed in the groups above. The remaining rollout phases are as follows:

Phase 1-B
- People who play a key role in keeping essential functions of society running, including:
- Critical workforce employees (e.g., educational faculty and staff, court employees, nuclear power plant employees, air traffic controllers, food processing, grocery workers, transportation, etc.)
Phase 1-C
- Adults under 65 with comorbidities
Phase 2
- Individuals in homeless shelters
- Individuals in congregate settings (e.g. homeless shelters, dormitories, group homes)
- Individuals in jails, prisons, detention centers
- Other people living in congregate settings
- All adults between the ages of 41-64-years-old
Phase 3
- Workers in industries important to the functioning of society and at moderate risk of exposure as listed in executive orders (e.g. hairstylists, barbers, restaurants, etc.)
- Young adults between the ages of 16-39-years-old
Phase 4
- Everyone residing in Georgia for whom the vaccine is recommended not included in previous vaccination phases
- Children, once the vaccine is approved for pediatric use
The timing of Phases 1-B through 4 has not yet been announced.
