Ivy Bridge Academy Students Excel at UK Debate Tournament
Ivy Bridge Academy Debate students performed exceptionally well at the University of Kentucky's Tournament of Champions national debate.
Ivy Bridge Academy
debaters recently competed nationally at the Tournament of Champions
held at the University of Kentucky. This Public Forum debate tournament
is held annually for Middle School students and IBA consistently
performs at high levels. Ivy Bridge Academy's student, Aaron Sinclair,
was the National Champion in the Individual Speaker Award and multiple teams placed in the top 10 for the Team Debate Competition!

Ivy Bridge Academy's Debate Teams are nationally ranked and consistently score in the top 10% in tournaments. In 2017, an IBA Middle School student won 1st place in the Individual Speaker Award
at the National Championships. IBA students have the opportunity to
compete in multiple tournaments throughout the year including: Stanford
University National Tournament, Georgetown University National
Tournament, Harvard University National Tournament and the National
Speech and Debate Tournament.
