In Memory: Joseph Hardin, 61, Alpharetta Masonic Lodge Member

Joseph Gardner Hardin, 61, of Alpharetta passed away on Nov. 5, 2015.

He was a member of the Alpharetta Masonic Lodge #235 where he was a Past Worshipful Master. He was also a member of the Alpharetta chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star #311 where he was a Past Worthy Patron. He was a Scout Leader for 12 years and a Scout Master of BSA Troop #429 and Venture Crew #83.

He was a mentor to many young people and was an avid outdoorsman. He is survived by his wife, Theresa [Tere] Hardin of Alpharetta; son, John Hardin of Lawrenceville and brother, Bernard San Hardin.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Atlanta Cancer Care, 5670 Peachtree Dunwoody Rd, Ste. 1100, Atlanta, GA. 30342. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, November 10, 2015 at 2 p.m. in the funeral home chapel.
