In Memory: Melinda Quinn, 50, Strong Military Wife, Devoted Caregiver
Melinda Martin Quinn, who attended Milton High School, was also a lifelong member of Providence Baptist Church.

Melinda Martin Quinn passed away on January 18, 2016, after a long, hard fight with heart failure. She was born Feb. 26, 1965, in Atlanta, Georgia to Ronald and Linda Martin and attended Milton High School, Georgia State University, and Monmouth University.

She was a devout mother, wife, and friend, and lifelong member of Providence Baptist Church. Melinda was an extraordinary woman, known by all for her strength, kindness, knowledge, and love. She was a strong military wife whose love and devotion was to the special needs community as caregiver and mother to all.
She is survived by her husband Robert E. Quinn Jr., daughter Caitlin M. Quinn, son Trey Quinn, mother Linda T. Martin, sister Rhonda M. Lawrence, and many in-laws, cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.

She is greeted in heaven by many loved ones, including her father James Ronald Martin. In lieu of flowers, we ask that donations be made to the Georgia Baptist Children’s Home or to FOCUS-GA.
Visitation for the family will be at Northside Chapel Funeral Home from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 21 and 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday, Jan. 22 The funeral and burial will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 23 at Providence Baptist Church.
