Michael Boswell Named Credit Analyst/AVP for Providence Bank

Alpharetta-based Providence Bank announced that Michael Boswell has joined the bank as Credit Analyst/Assistant Vice President. Boswell has more than 30 years of banking, financial analyst and mortgage lending experience. Most recently, he has specialized in commercial loan underwriting and building relationships with local businesses. Boswell holds a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of North Florida and a master’s degree in business administration from Georgia State University. He also served in the U.S. Navy for six years.
