New Residential Community Planned For Alpharetta

ALPHARETTA, GA – Ashton Woods, one of the nation’s largest private home builders, has announced two new communities that will open in the Atlanta area later this year.

Serenade will be located on Westside Parkway in Alpharetta adjacent to Verizon Amphitheater, and in close proximity to North Point Mall and other Alpharetta attractions. Cadence will be constructed near the intersection of Murdock and Casteel roads in East Cobb.

Located in one of the most accessible parts of Alpharetta, Serenade consists of 33 single family detached homes, 32 townhomes and 22 manor homes on roughly 20 acres of land. The Manor Homes are a recently released condo-style plan, first seen in the Aria community in Sandy Springs, and have been incredibly popular, Ashton Woods said.

The community will display two model homes, one single family and one townhome with the Manor Home model viewable at Aria. The community boasts two gated entrances, a pool, a gazebo and several acres of natural park areas and greenspace.
