The Providence Group Wins Big at 35th Annual OBIE Awards

The Providence Group of Georgia, LLC, a subsidiary of Green Brick Partners, had an outstanding night as it was recognized 18 times for its achievements in the homebuilding and marketing categories during the 35th Annual OBIE Awards, the premier awards in the new home construction industry and Atlanta residential real estate market. Presented by the Sales and Marketing Council of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association, this year’s OBIE awards were held on Saturday, Nov. 7, 2015 at the Georgia World Congress Center.

· Single-Family Zero Lot Line $500,000 and above – The Vickery home design at Bellmoore Park in Johns Creek

· Single-Family Zero Lot Line $400,000 to $499,000 – The Amhurst home design at Traditions in Cumming

· Single-Family Attached $400,000 to $499,000 – The Alexandria townhome design at Seven Norcross in Norcross

· Single-Family Attached $200,000 to $299,000 – The Endicott townhome design at Jamestown in Alpharetta.

· Best Magazine Ad for Bellmoore Park

· Best Brochure – Community for Bellmoore Park’s Brochure

· Best Website – Community for Bellmoore Park’s Website

In addition to the gold awards, The Providence Group won eight silver OBIE awards including:

· Single-Family Detached $700,000 and above – The Danville home design at Bellmoore Park in John Creek

· Single-Family Zero Lot Line $225,000 to $299,000 – The Woodlawn home design at Jamestown in Alpharetta

· Best Interactive Tool – Builder/Developer for the Interactive Kiosk at Bellmoore Park

· Best Social Media Application – Builder/Developer for the “Designed to (P)inspire” Pinterest Campaign
