Robert E. Foehr, 88: World War II Army Air Corps Veteran Lived in Milton

The Illinois native retired as a train master with the Canadian National Railroad.

Mr. Robert Eugene Foehr, 88, of Milton, died Dec. 15, 2013.
Born in Carbondale, IL to Fred and Zada Fullenweider Foehr, he was a retired Train Master with the Canadian National Railroad. He was a World War II Army Air Corps veteran and a member of the Alpharetta First Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his son, Douglas Eugene Foehr. He is survived by his wife, Oma Douglas Foehr; daughters, Jacque Jankins and Lisa Roberts; 9 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held on Saturday, Jan. 18, 2014 at 2 p.m. at the First Baptist Church of Alpharetta, 44 Academy St., Alpharetta.
