Superica Launches Brunch At Avalon

ALPHARETTA, GA — Tex Mex-inspired brunch is now available at Superica’s Avalon & Battery locations, offered from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. every Saturday and Sunday.

Taking its best brunching talents OTP, Superica now offers all Battery and Avalon-goers a way to indulge in its weekend fan favorites like the huevos rancheros and mexicanos, tamales and eggs, chorizo, potato and eggs, hot cakes, the migas plate and a round of bloody maria’s – the perfect tablescape for a weekend gathering with friends or for curing a hangover.

In addition to the new brunch service, both locations are open for dinner Monday through Thursday from 5-10 p.m., Fridays from 5-11 p.m., Saturdays from 3-11 p.m. and Sundays from 3-10 p.m. Lunch is offered Monday through Friday from 11 a.m.-2:30 p.m.

The El Felix, at the Battery Atlanta and Avalon, made the transition to become Superica this past fall.

Rocket Farm Restaurants, which owns both restaurants, said the company "guarantees a smooth shift in the name only."

"(We will) maintain the same ownership, friendly faces, menu and hours of operation in addition to our extraordinary service in an individualistic environment, beloved Tex-Mex playbook classics and refreshing margaritas," Rocket Farm Restaurants said.

Superica is described on its website as, "'Superica,' located now in the fully restored factory, features a colorful dining room where delicious Mexican and American foods are served. You may know this as 'Tex-Mex' cuisine. Here, authentic products of craftsmanship are displayed along with curios that may be obtained. The atmosphere of the Old West has been preserved for the enjoyment of all guests."

Superica has locations at Krog Street; Buckhead; Charlotte, North Carolina; Houston, Texas; and Nashville, Tennessee.
