Urban Tea Opens in Alpharetta
The new tea room offers tastings, afternoon high tea, treats and more.
Local tea lovers, rejoice -- a unique, brand-new tea room is now open in Alpharetta.
Urban Tea opened its doors this week, at 5250 Windward Parkway.
Urban Tea offers more than 100 different loose-leaf teas, and offers daily tastings as well as monthly tea classes. The tea room also serves snacks such as scones served with Devonshire cream and preserves.

On Saturdays, Urban Tea will offer high tea, serving finger sandwiches, scones and desserts along with a pot of tea for $18 per person.
