ALPHARETTA/MILTON, GA — Easter 2021 marks our second during the coronavirus pandemic, which means many people in Alpharetta, Milton and throughout Georgia will once again opt to forgo the traditional Easter celebrations for smaller, more socially distanced festivities.
Another pandemic Easter calls for a low-key day with close family. Whether you're skipping the big meal or crossing items off your spring to-do list, it's helpful to know which libraries, restaurants, and stores are open before you head out.

- Fulton County facilities and offices are open on Friday.
- Fulton County public safety services are available 365 days per year.
- Alpharetta garbage pick up will run as normal.
- The Fulton County Public Library System is offering curbside service only from 10 a.m.-7 p.m. on Mondays and Tuesday, 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Wednesday-Saturdays.
- Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA): All schedules will run as normal.
- Alpharetta Adult Activity Center at North Park will be closed Friday.
- Fulton County Schools is on Spring Break from April 5-9.
- Municipal offices for Alpharetta are closed on Friday.
- Post offices: USPS offices will be open on Good Friday and Easter. UPS and FedEx will also be open on Good Friday, but both will be closed on Easter.
