Free tickets to U.S. Navy Concert Band available now at The Classic Center

ATHENS, Ga. – Free tickets to the Feb. 19 U.S. Navy Concert Band performance are available now at The Classic Center Theatre box office.

The Thursday, Feb. 19 community concert begins at 7:30 p.m. in The Classic Center Theatre.

Tickets are required for entry, and are limited to four per person.

The U.S. Navy Concert Band, the premier wind ensemble of the U.S. Navy, last played at The Classic Center Theatre in 2010. They present a wide-array of marches, patriotic selections, orchestral transcriptions and modern wind ensemble repertoire.

The Concert Band has been performing public concerts and participating in high-profile events for more than 85 years. They are recognized as one of the finest wind ensembles in the world.

The Classic Center Theatre box office is open Monday-Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The box office can be reached at 706-357-4444.
