Job description: 

• Motivating and administering ongoing training to staff to provide consistant unsurpassed service to all visitors at all times
• Developing an in depth knowledge of the treasures offered, how the store acquires them, what makes them special and the shop unique.
• Monitor and maintain high standards as it relates to Customer Service Management and Product Merchandising
• Involvement with all aspects of product management to include accurate receipt of shipments and reporting damages/shortages

Qualifications: Prior retail or service industry experience, with prior management or leadership experience
