12 Strays of Christmas with Kristin Klingshirn
The Bert Show's Kristin Klingshirn is on a mission to help deserving pets find a permanent home for the holidays.

Tis’ the season to give back! The holidays are here and what better present to give than the one that keeps on giving? For the 8th consecutive year, The Bert Show’s Kristin Klingshirn is on a mission to help deserving pets find a permanent home for the holidays. She has partnered with Best Friends Animal Society in Atlanta for the 12 Strays of Christmas campaign. Starting on Thursday, December 6th through Friday, December 21st, Kristin will spotlight the dogs and cats that have spent the longest amount of time in the center in the hopes of finding them a forever home. For over 30 years, Best Friends Animal Society has been running the nation’s largest no-kill sanctuary for companion animals and building effective programs that reduce the number of animals entering shelters. The Bert Show will reveal one pet who needs a family every day on thebertshow.com/articles/12strays2018. Best Friends Animal Society in Atlanta is offering a special for the month of December with all adoptions fees being only $10. The adoption fee will be waived for all of the animals featured in the 12 Strays of Christmas!
