ArtsBridge Foundation Invites 6th-12-Grade To Free Performance

No Cost for Students and Educators to Attend Annual Showcase.

KENNESAW, GA - From ArtsBridge Foundation: Advance registration is open as ArtsBridge Foundation prepares to host its annual SYNERGY performance presented by Kennesaw State University’s College of the Arts on March 13.

During the one-hour performance, which starts at 11 a.m., middle school and high school students will experience a comprehensive artistic fusion of dance, music, theater and art.

SYNERGY features the KSU Dance Company, KSU Orchestra, KSU Musical Theater Ensemble, the KSU Choir and visual arts in collaboration to provide an integrated arts experience. University students present their works to the next generation of potential arts students from sixth grade through high school.

“SYNERGY is packed with energy, creativity and virtuosity,” said ArtsBridge Executive Director Jennifer Dobbs. “This free event, open to grades six through twelve, showcases KSU and a cross-disciplinary understanding of the arts.”

Any private, public or homeschool class, student or teacher may register to attend SYNERGY, with curriculum connections and a free Educator’s Guide available online. ArtsBridge believes all students deserve access to the arts, regardless of their ability to pay. The organization’s Financial Aid Program provides admission, transportation and tuition assistance for schools in need with low to no budget for arts education field trips. ArtsBridge grants financial aid based on a school’s need and available funds. Applications available online are evaluated on a first come, first served basis.
