Atlanta Police Department: 07/08/2021 - Shots Fired At 21 Haygood Ave SE

On Wednesday July 7, 2021, at around 9:30pm officers responded to a report of shots fired at 21 Haygood Ave SE. On arrival officers spoke with a resident at the apartments who reported that there had been people shooting at the location. The resident’s daughter, age 10, suffered a scratch but did not appear to have been shot. Two apartments and a vehicle were damaged by gunfire. No other injuries were reported, and the investigation is continuing.
