Atlanta Police Department: 7/6/21 GSP/ACE Unit Stolen Vehicle Pursuit

On Tuesday, July 6th, 2021 at around 3:35 pm officers responded in the area of Ellsworth Industrial Boulevard on a report of a stolen vehicle. On scene officers located a vehicle crashed into a utility pole. Preliminary investigation indicates suspects were in a vehicle pursuit led by GSP along with APD Ace Units when the suspect vehicle struck a utility pole. All subjects exited the vehicle and fled on foot. APD units pursued the suspects on foot and were able to apprehend all three adult male occupants. Units recovered one stolen vehicle and two weapons. Atlanta Police Investigators will lead this investigation. No further at this time. This investigation continues.
