Atlanta Restaurant Inspections: 'Observed Black Bug With Wings In Front Food Service Area'

The state uses a point system in rating the food industry. Each item is valued between 1 and 9 on an inspection form. Points can be deducted (often shown in red) as well. More points can be taken based on the greater risk of sickness and repeat violations be mean even more subtracted from a restaurant's score.
Scores from 90 to 100 are signified by the letter A. From 89 to 80 is a B, from 79 to 70 is a C and a U is for less than 70.

• Inspector: " Observed heavy food debris on the ground under equipment in the main kitchen, under the silver rack in the front food service area. The facility must be deep cleaned prior to the next follow-up inspection. New Violation."
• "Observed failure to provide a sanitized cloth upon request. During food preparation sanitizing solution must be available. Corrected On-Site. New Violation."
