If you're looking to make all of your Wes Anderson dreams come true this weekend, head to the Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta and take a seat at Bar Margot. The inviting establishment defies the stuffy "hotel bar" stereotype thanks to its chic interior, high-end service, delectable bites and seasonal cocktails.

Named after Margot Tenenbaum from the film "The Royal Tenenbaums," the bar's beverage concepts are loosely based around the classic flick, according to lead bartender Toki Sears."I also enjoy incorporating seasonal ingredients and thinking outside the box by using garnishes that tell a story or highlight the experience that I want you to have when drinking one of my cocktails," says Sears.

When it comes to apps, Sears recommends the crab toast or the hand-cut fries with jamon Serrano, parmesan and roasted garlic aioli, which pair charmingly with any of the bar's boozy cocktails — especially the Gin Margot, its unique twist on a classic gin and tonic.

And if you're not sure exactly which sophisticated cocktail to order, don't fret — the creative minds behind the bar thrive off of crafting libations on the spot. "The best guest to sit in front of us is one who allows us to be creative and craft something based upon some of their preferences," says Sears.
