Impact Church on recent United Methodist Church Decision
How does Impact view the recent decision of the 2019 Special Session of the General Conference to maintain Traditional Plan Values?
As we consider the decisions made this week by the 2019 Special General Conference of the United Methodist Church, we at Impact UMC recognize that this decision has caused pain to some of Impact UMC’s supporters as well as supporters of the larger United Methodist Church. Impact UMC is a place of welcoming to all, including members of the LGBTQIA community. We will continue to do everything in our power to welcome and value all who walk through our doors, enjoying God’s grace together. You have a home with us,

Impact UMC has cast a vision for this church that we are "An inclusive
gathering of people committed to holistic salvation and doing Christ’s work in the world." We are also a place where people from different ethnic groups, races, orientations, theological positions, and political affiliations can come together and worship as the true body of Christ.
Impact UMC will continue to be a place where strangers can become friends and friends become family.
