ATLANTA, GA — There's no denying it: Girl Scout cookies season is here! Whether you'd prefer to stock up at the Girl Scout Cookies Sale at Ponce City Market's The Shed or indulge in a beer and cookies pairing at Second Self Beer Company, there's plenty of sweet options to choose from.
Keeping up with this weekend's girl power theme, Double Zero is hosting a celebration in honor of International Women's Day. If you're a woman, head over to the restaurant on Friday to receive a complimentary glass of bubbly.
And if cookies and Champagne aren't quite your thing, you can also check out Toylanta or root for the home team at the Atlanta United Block Party.

Both kids and kids at heart will be excited to learn that Toylanta is set to kick off this weekend in Atlanta. Those attending the toy conference can expect several panels, as well as the opportunity to meet the creators behind some of their favorite toys.

In honor of International Women's Day, Double Zero is providing several inviting offers for guests of the restaurant. On Friday, all ladies (21 and over) will receive a complimentary glass of bubbly. And for ladies who wear yellow, you'll also receive a complimentary small plate.

Coffee Cupping With Docent Coffee

Thanks to their latest exhibit, Passione Italiana: The Art Of Espresso, the Museum of Design Atlanta will hold several coffee-centric events in the coming weeks. Among those events is a coffee cupping with Docent Coffee. Those attending the cupping will be treated to a tasting of a variety of coffees and will also receive tips on how to make the perfect cup of joe. Tickets start at $15.

Girl Scout Cookies Sale At The Shed

Since you've likely already devoured your way through a box of Thin Mints and Tagalongs, you'll now have the opportunity to stock up on another batch of Girl Scout cookies. For several hours on Saturday, you can buy boxes of your favorites at the Girl Scout Cookies Sale at Ponce City Market's The Shed.

Atlanta United Block Party
Neighborhood: Old Fourth Ward
Thousands of Atlanta United fans are expected to flock to Edgewood Avenue this weekend for the team's block party. Attendees can expect giveaways, live entertainment, plenty of food and drinks, and more. Tickets for the 21-and-up event, which takes place the day before Atlanta United's home opener, are available for purchase for $20.

2019 Tucker Chili Cook-Off
Neighborhood: Tucker
Grab your spoons and a hearty appetite because the eight annual Tucker Chili Cook-Off is going down this weekend. For only $5, you'll have the opportunity to sample chili from all the contestants taking part in the cook-off. Additionally, the event will help in raising money for Day League (formerly known as the DeKalb Rape Crisis Center).

Girl Scout Cookies Pairing
