Lexus Thief At Large After Shooting Owner: Reports
South Fulton police warn that the car thief who stole a Lexus Thursday morning is armed and dangerous, say media reports.

ATLANTA, GA — Police in South Fulton are searching for a man who stole a Lexus early Thursday and shot the owner of the luxury car, according to media reports.
The car thief is considered armed and dangerous, the South Fulton police said.
The theft occurred at about 6 a.m. in the 4600 block of Marching Lane, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported. The robber shot the car's owner in the leg and drove off in the Lexus.

The car's owner was taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, the AJC reported. The vehicle is described as a black 2008 Lexus ES with Georgia license plate 305MQ.
