New Orleans Authorities Seek Atlanta's Help In Woman's Slaying
New Orleans authorities seek the help of the Atlanta public in solving a murder case of a woman.
ATLANTA, GA -- Atlantans are being asked by law enforcement authorities in New Orleans to help solve a murder that occurred there. The shooting took place Tuesday, August 10, 2015 at about 9:30 pm, homicide investigators said.

Fountain was pronounced dead on the scene, according to Greater Atlanta Crime Stoppers. Authorities have reason to believe that someone in the metro Atlanta may have information about this shooting.

"She had just gone down there for the summer. The father wanted to see the children. She came down after she got out of school," said Cash, who drove Fountain to New Orleans.
Fountain was a student at Guilford Technical Community College in Jamestown, N.C., according to Cash. She had worked as a home health aide and was a certified nursing assistant, but wanted to complete a degree in nursing.
