One Dead, Multiple Injured In Accident Off I-20 East
A male passenger was pronounced dead at the scene after he was ejected from a 2010 Infiniti G37 that was exiting I-20 East.
ATLANTA — One person died and multiple others suffered injuries in a Sunday evening traffic collision at 1977 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive.
A male passenger, pronounced deceased on scene by responding EMS services, was ejected from a 2010 Infiniti G37, according to a press release from the Atlanta Police Department. The car was struck by a 2015 Buick Enclave after the Infiniti's driver failed to stop at the stop sign on Martin Luther King Jr. Drive after traveling down the MLK exit ramp off of I-20 East.
The Infiniti was also struck by a 2003 Chevrolet Trailblazer, and the Buick Enclave hit a 2010 Honda Insight as well.

Officers responded to the accident at around 6:43 p.m. The drivers involved reported injuries, according to the press release, and were transported to the hospital in stable condition.
The Atlanta Police Department's Accident Investigations Unit is working to determine the circumstances surrounding the collision, the press release said, and anticipates charges as the investigation continues.
