Town at Trilith Celebrates 200 Home Sales
Purchased properties range from traditional single-family to canopy homes and micro homes

The Town at Trilith, which broke ground in 2017, today announced it completed its 200th home sale. The community, adjacent to Trilith Studios, known for producing blockbuster films including Ant-Man and Avengers: Endgame, combines timeless architecture with purpose-driven design to cater to makers, creators and innovators. Home sales included multiple varieties and designs to fit a wide array of lifestyles and price points, including microhomes, single-family homes, canopy homes, townhomes and more.
“Our entire community was built to capture the essence of storytelling and deliver an inspirational way of living,” said Rob Parker, president of Trilith. “The sale of our 200th home motivates us to continue building and providing a community where makers can live, create and inspire the world, all while feeling at home.”
Since its inception, Trilith, formerly Pinewood Forest, has experienced incredible growth. Nationally recognized as a leader in innovation, all homes are designed to be geothermal and leave a smaller footprint. Many encompass smart-home and solar technology. In 2020, Trilith took home 27 OBIE Awards for excellence in homebuilding and design presented by the Greater Atlanta Homebuilders Association, including the 2020 Community of the Year Award.

Intentionally designed by award-winning town planner, Lew Oliver, Trilith is intended to evoke the warm feel of a European village.
“Our designers, builders, and partners have delivered something remarkable to the market and we are proud of the results,” said Trilith Residential Construction Director Brett Baker.

Steeped in innovation and imagination, the town serves as the center of the 935-acre master planned development, which includes Trilith Studios and the town that features chef-inspired restaurants, a K-12 school, Piedmont Wellness Center, and a wide array of amenities that provide an ideal live/work environment.
"The opportunity to work with the entire builder-developer team has been inspiring, and we are proud to be a part of this incredible project,” said Lori Lane, senior vice president and managing broker at Berkshire Hathaway, who handles home sales in the community. “The onsite sales team has done a fantastic job reaching a record number of sales this first quarter. From the film studios to Town Centre, the thoughtfully designed architecture, amenities, and more, Trilith promotes a lifestyle that is unlike any other."
Amici Italian Café, which opened in early June, is the town’s newest tenant in a growing Trilith Town Centre, following openings of The Piedmont Wellness Center, Honeysuckle Gelato, Barleygarden Kitchen and Craft Bar and Hop City. Other announced retailers include Leyland Blue, Trilith Food Hall, Native Collective (from the makers of Native Beauty Bar), The Skin Society, Sugarcoat, Premiere Hair Studio, a concierge by Edwin Jarvis, Woodstone Bakery & Café from the makers of Apple Butter Bakery, Braise, Amici Italian Café, Archer Paper Goods, The Funky Shack, The Market and Green p.s.
