Town at Trilith Celebrates 200 Home Sales

The Town at Trilith, which broke ground in 2017, today announced it completed its 200th home sale. The community, adjacent to Trilith Studios, known for producing blockbuster films including Ant-Man and Avengers: Endgame, combines timeless architecture with purpose-driven design to cater to makers, creators and innovators. Home sales included multiple varieties and designs to fit a wide array of lifestyles and price points, including microhomes, single-family homes, canopy homes, townhomes and more.

Other announced retailers include Leyland Blue, Trilith Food Hall, Native Collective (from the makers of Native Beauty Bar), The Skin Society, Sugarcoat, Premiere Hair Studio, a concierge by Edwin Jarvis, Woodstone Bakery & Café from the makers of Apple Butter Bakery, Braise, Amici Italian Café, Archer Paper Goods, The Funky Shack, The Market and Green p.s. The development also plans to open a nine-screen luxury movie theatre and boutique hotel.
