TUNE IN: H. J. Russell & Company Debuts Its New Podcast: We Build
Russell's New Podcast Offers a Twist on Construction – explores building communities, relationships, careers and legacies

ATLANTA (April 29, 2021) – Today, H. J. Russell & Company (Russell), one of the largest Black family-owned construction services and real estate development companies in the United States, known for building iconic structures, debuts its company podcast, “We Build: The Podcast”, which is designed to infuse the company’s rich history and impactful future while sharing valuable insights from influential guests. Hosted by Russell’s Director of Marketing, Lonoia Murphy and Paul Bryant, Vice President of External Affairs, the two will help pull back the curtain to allow others access to the “how” and “why” of not just building structures, but also building communities, relationships, careers and legacies in the industry with purpose.
The first three We Build podcast episodes are interviews with H. Jerome Russell, H.J. Russell & Company’s president and founder and chairman of the Board of the Russell Innovation Center for Entrepreneurs (RICE), Hank Stewart, Georgia’s poet laureate and founder of the Stewart Foundation and an interview between the hosts so you can get to know them better. Russell’s We Build podcast launches on the most familiar podcast platforms, including Spotify, Podbay, and others.
“We feel it’s important to incorporate the various ways people like to receive information today,” said Murphy, “With the company’s rich history and unique perspective, along with the decades of significant relationships we have with thought leaders across the country, collectively we want be a resource to educate our audiences through the podcast in addition to all of the other ways we share Russell’s news and thought leadership.”
