Young GA Boy's Act Of Kindness Touches Hearts Everywhere
In a video sent to an Atlanta TV station, a Georgia boy helps an elderly lady walk up stairs, and the internet swooned.
MILLEDGEVILLE, GA — Here's a video that will brighten your day. An 8-year-old boy in Milledgeville, Georgia, recently helped an elderly lady walk up some steps, and a viewer of WSB-TV Channel 2 caught the pair on camera and sent the video to the Atlanta TV station.
Maurice Adams Jr., was sitting in a car with his mom and sister when they saw the woman crossing a road in Milledgeville. Maurice got out of the car, stopped traffic and took the lady by the arm. In the video, he walks her to the top of the stairs, and then gives her a hug.
Hill told Channel 2 that seeing the video on the internet makes her proud of her son. Maurice and his mom and sister didn't get the lady's name, but she had a message for the youngster.
