Terry Claborn, 45, of Auburn, passed away on Dec. 30 after a 2-year battle with melanoma.
Claborn, a lifelong NRA member and avid fisherman and hunter, is survived by his wife of 27 years, Kathy Claborn.
According to the obituary posted on the Tim Stewart Funeral Home website, Claborn said, “Don’t be sad for me. I am on the best hunting & fishing trip with my dad, Oh Happy Day!”
A memorial service is scheduled for Saturday, Jan. 3 at 3 p.m. in the Lawrenceville Chapel of Stewart Funeral Home.
