Barrow County School System: 2021-22 Student Transfer Requests

Georgia State Law, often referred to as HB 251, gives parents of public school students the option to request a transfer for their child to another school within their district where space is available and parents provide transportation.

Barrow County Schools has available space for the 2021-2022 school year at the following schools:

Transfer Request Forms for the 2021-2022 can be completed online. The deadline for all requests is 4 p.m. Wednesday, May 26, 2021. Proof of Residency must be attached to all requests. You may also download and print the form [Español] to mail or deliver to 179 W. Athens Street, Winder, GA 30680. Please email sblack@barrow.k12.ga.us with any questions.
