Rico Mundez Browner, 41, 166 Wood Circle, Winder, booked Aug. 9 and charged with marijuana — possess less than 1 ounce

Rebecca Ann Corbin, 52, 1673 Sever Road, Lawrenceville, booked Aug. 9 ad charged with possession of a schedule III drug: Diazepam, possession of Soma with intent to distribute, two counts prescription drugs must be in their original containers and possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute

Dianne Criswell, 39, Winder, booked Aug. 11 and charged with disorderly conduct 

Frederick Bernard Faulk, 48, 601 Club Place, Duluth, booked Aug. 11 and charged with expired or no driver’s license

Cory Randall Fields, 18, 1621 Trey Lane, Statham, booked Aug. 11 and charged with probation violation, theft by receiving stolen property and willful obstruction of law enforcement officers

Alejandro Garcia, 28, 193 Glenview Terrace, Winder, booked Aug. 10 and charged with driving without a valid license and failure to obey signs or control devices

Christopher Doyle Green, 30, 396 Reynolds Road, Lawrenceville, booked Aug. 9 and charged with possession of a scheduled III controlled substance, possession of a schedule IV controlled substance, two counts prescription drugs must be in their original containers, possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute and failure to maintain insurance

Rebecca Dee Hardigree, 32, homeless, Loganville, booked Aug. 9 and charged with probation violation

Curtis Lamar Howard, 52, 1744 Doc McLocklin Road, Statham, booked Aug. 10 and charged with probation violation

Susan Christina Lackey, 33, 1503 Quail Run, Auburn, booked Aug. 9 and charged with theft by shoplifting 

Lamichael Jontavious Lenzy, 22, 393 Tanners Bridge Road, Bethelehem, booked Aug. 11 and charged with hit and run/duty of driver to stop at or return to scene of accident, reckless driving, too fast for conditions, driving without a valid license, improper backing, permitting unauthorized person to drive, driving on wrong side of divided street, passing in no passing zone, defective tires, window tint violation and parole violation

Tara Anne Lewis, 34, 353 Gold Crest Drive, Braselton, booked Aug. 9 and charged with expired tag and deposit account fraud/bad checks $499 or less

Lucretia Lopez, 31, 124 Second St., No. 13, Winder, booked Aug. 9 and charged with driving without a valid license

Wanda Elizabeth Maddox, 41, 350 Pinecrest Road, Auburn, booked Aug. 9 and charged with possession of a scheduled III controlled substance, possession of a schedule IV controlled substance, two counts prescription drugs must be in their original containers and possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute

Nicholas Robert Masters, 26, 1160 Roxey Maxey Road, Winder, booked Aug. 9 and charged with probation violation

Russell Lamar McCannon, 54, 205 Pine Valley Road, Bogart, booked Aug. 10 and charged with DUI — alcohol, seat belt violation and possession of open alcohol container

Thaddeus Perrell Mills, 46, 4469 Malibu Drive, Decatur, booked Aug. 9 and charged with possession of marijuana 10 counts forgery in the second degree

Kenneth Eldo Palmer, 52, 393 Johnny Major Road, Murrayville, booked Aug. 9 and charged with probation violation

Misty Diane Reed, 25, 396 Wise Court, Apt. 11, Statham, booked Aug. 10 and charged with probation violation and giving false name, address or birth date to law enforcement officers

Misti Dawn Smith, 37, 251 Amber Ridge Road, Statham, booked Aug. 10 and charged with failure to appear

Kelly Ann Spinks, 43, 407 Rockforge Road, Jefferson, booked Aug. 9 and charged with failure to appear and two counts possession of methamphetamine

Michael Andrew Stuart, 49, 373 Key Drive, Winder, booked Aug. 10 and charged with obstruction or hindering law enforcement, theft by shoplifting and parole violation

Krista Amber Waite, 22, 115 Cedar Creek Drive, Winder, booked Aug. 9 and charged with theft by shoplifting

Robert Uquan Woods, 20, 124 Ashwood Drive, Winder, booked Aug. 11 and charged with fleeing or attempting to elude police officer, racing, reckless driving, furnishing, purchasing and possession of alcoholic beverages by person under legal age and violation of conditions on limited driving permit

Acoya Kenneth Wright, 18, 350 Mobile Drive, Winder, charged with battery — family violence and cruelty to children in the third degree
