School Ribbon Cutting, Week in Weather and 'Cotton Patch Gospel'

The Barrow County School System will hold a ribbon cutting for its new Bear Creek Middle School at 5 p.m. Tuesday. The school is at 228 Jefferson St. in Statham. A board of education work session meeting will follow at 6 p.m. at the school. Call the central office for more information at 770-867-4527.Â
