Driver Admits He Smoked Marijuana a Few Minutes Prior to Traffic Stop
The driver was arrested and is now facing several charges.

A Kentucky man who ran a stop sign and was observed by police driving on the wrong side of the road near Fort Yargo on Aug. 7 admitted to an officer he had smoked marijuana just a few minutes before the traffic stop.Â
Jeffrey W. Browning, 46, of 4550 Highway 27 N., Apt. B, in Lancaster, Ky., was arrested and charged with failure to stop at a stop sign, driving on the wrong side of the road, inproper U-turn, possession of drug-related objects and driving under the influence of drugs.Â
