Job description: 

• Supports implementation and advances standardization of processes and metrics in the following areas: Quality, Lean, Productivity and Supply Chain.        
• Develops and supports process implementation methods for OPEX pillars        
• Works in partnership with staff members and other site OPEX leaders to standardize processes, metrics and scorecards
• Leads and executes productivity improvement projects related to OPEX       
• Demonstrates and promotes the use of Lean / Six Sigma tools and methodologies        
• Responsible for customer complaints for product and service quality, complaint investigation, root cause and corrective actions and responses to sales and customers

Qualifications: Four-year degree required, as well as five years of professional experience in manufacturing
