User Comments on New Restaurant, Weekend Event Suggestions and Patch 101

A Patch post on a new restaurant opening at Gateway Station prompted some comments about the variety of dining options in Barrow. Here are some of the things readers said on the site and Facebook. 

great. just what Barrow county needs, another crap Mexican restaurant to go along with the rest of them. Oh! I know! how about another chicken joint? Or some more fast food?!
Sure seems to be taking a long time to build anything around there. A lot of places have been mentioned but I see nothing being built!
Don't we have enough Mexican and chicken joints? Sheesh!
I agree can we have some variety enought [sic] mexican, chicken and burgers and pizza. We want more choices.
