New Testament Scholar MIKE LICONA to Speak at THE WAY in Hoschton
Scholar, Author, and Apologist to Make Rare North Georgia Church Appearance
Internationally-recognized speaker, scholar, author, and apologist Mike Licona will be appearing at the morning service at THE WAY, a non-denominational church in Hoschton, GA, at 11:00am on Sunday August 19th with a presentation entitled “Is Jesus the Only Way to Heaven?” Mike is the author, co-author, or editor of 7 books and has a Ph.D. in New Testament (University of Pretoria).
Mike is a frequent speaker on university campuses, churches, Christian groups, retreats, and has appeared as a guest on dozens of radio and television programs. He is a member of the Evangelical Theological and Philosophical Societies, the Institute for Biblical Research, the Society of Biblical Literature, and the prestigious Studitorum Novi Testamenti Societas. Mike is also associate professor in theology at Houston Baptist University and the president of Risen Jesus, Inc. Mike is frequently invited to debate atheists around the country and is considered an expert on the New Testament with particular focus on the reliability of the Gospels and the evidence for the resurrection of Jesus Christ.
