Suspects Wearing 'Scream' Masks Rob Armored Truck: FBI
The FBI Atlanta Field Office is offering a reward to anyone who can provide information leading to the arrest of the suspects.
WINDER, GA — The FBI Atlanta Field Office has announced it will offer a reward of up to $12,500 for information leading to the arrest and indictment of the suspects behind the November 2017 armored truck robbery in Barrow County.
Investigators with the FBI, Winder Police Department and Georgia Bureau of Investigation are also releasing new surveillance photos with the hopes that the public can help identify those responsible for the incident.
Around 7:40 a.m. Nov. 14, two armed suspects robbed a Dunbar armored truck at Bank of America at 102 North Broad Street in Winder. According to the FBI, the suspects approached the truck guard while he servicing the teller machine, ordered the guard to the ground, took his handgun and fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of cash. The two suspects are believed to be men, and were described as wearing black pants, black pullovers, gloves and “Scream” masks over their faces.

Investigators also learned that two vehicle were spotted near the bank at the time of the robbery and could be linked to the suspects. One vehicle is described as a two-toned Subaru Outback and the other appears to be an early model Chevy 2500 pickup truck. Two more photos from the bank surveillance cameras show the two suspects standing over the guard after ordering him to the ground during the robbery.
