Two Dead In Barrow County Plane Crash
BREAKING: The crash happened just off of the property of Barrow County Airport.
WINDER, GA — Two people were killed Thursday when a small plane crashed in Barrow County, law enforcement officials said.
According to the Barrow County Sheriff's Office, the crash happened Thursday afternoon just off of the property of Barrow County Airport, at 841 Ronald Wood Rd. in Winder.
The scene was being secured Thursday afternoon by sheriff's deputies and the National Transportation Safety Board and Federal Aviation Administration had been notified.
