CHAMBLEE, GA — The Gordon is Chamblee’s newest condominium and mixed-use real estate project. It’s also the first condominium to be built there in 15 years, said the developer. Located at 3543 Chamblee-Dunwoody Road, plans for The Gordon call for two buildings that will house 50 condominiums and 7,500 square-feet of retail space, over 1.3 acres. Ground-breaking is slated for mid-March.

Windsor Stevens LLP said Tuesday that it has selected developer services firm, CITY HAUS, a division of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, as the sales partner for The Gordon.

“Chamblee is an extremely desirable place to live right now,” said Lori Lane, senior vice president and managing broker, Berkshire Hathaway’s City Haus Division. The location is close to neighboring communities like Buckhead and Midtown, and close proximity to restaurants and retail, Lane said.

Adjacent to The Rail Trail, Chamblee’s pedestrian pathway, The Gordon’s location provides an easy quarter-mile walk to the Chamblee MARTA station.

The first phase will offer 24 homes priced from the $200s, ranging from 501 to 1,098 square-feet. Its amenities will include high-tech conveniences such as Nest climate control and remote security management. The development will also offer a rooftop lounge and a top-of-the-line fitness studio for residents.
