Ashton Woods Opens New Model Home In Buckhead

ATLANTA – Ashton Woods, one of the nation’s largest private homebuilders, announces the opening of its latest model home in the Hillgrove community in Buckhead. Named after its community, the Hillgrove model is a three bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom townhome.

The 3,375 square-foot townhome is three levels and features a main floor that includes the kitchen, dining area and main living area. The kitchen is centered around a large island with a waterfall countertop, farmhouse sink and ample seating. With its white quartz countertops, dark wood cabinets and chrome finishes, the kitchen serves as an anchor for the design of the home.

Natural wood-tone floors are featured throughout the main floor. The large dining area offers plenty of room for seating, and its wall of floor-to-ceiling windows allows natural light to flood into the area. The living room, located on the other side of the kitchen, features a grand fireplace and leads to a balcony that can be accessed through the floor-to-ceiling retractable glass doors.

The third level features the master suite, second bedroom and laundry room. With its wall of windows and tray ceiling, the master bedroom is open and inviting. The large master en-suite features two vanities separated by a free-standing bathtub. The tub sits in front of a feature wall of basketweave tile that runs from the ceiling, across the floor and up through the back wall of the walk-in shower, creating a cohesive design feature in the center of the room. The en-suite leads to the spacious, walk-in closet, which offers direct access to the laundry room. Adjacent to the laundry room is the second bedroom, which features floor-to-ceiling windows, a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom.

The terrace level houses the main entertaining spaces of the home. The media room combines soft textures with clean lines to create a modern but comfortable space to entertain guests. It also features a bathroom and walk-in closet and is located just down the hall from a private bar and wine cellar, featuring a dark wood shelving unit with an antique glass backsplash. The shelving unit also serves as a bar, complete with a wine fridge and prep sink, and extends into an island in the center of the bar with a waterfall countertop that seats four.
