According to Commercial Property Executive, the plans call for a new facade for the buildings, a new parking lot, landscaping, and walkways. Furthermore, the central building will be demolished and a pedestrian walkway put in its place, splitting storefronts that face east from the storefronts that face Peachtree Road and Grandview Avenue.

FCA Partners says it hopes to have the demolition work done this month, with renovation work completed in stages up until early 2016. Two tenants have already signed on to the new project, Commercial Property Executive says.
