Buckhead Mansion May Be Spared After All
The owner is meeting with local preservation groups to save the Philip Trammell Shutze-designed home.

ATLANTA, GA -- The new owner of a Philip Trammell Shutze-designed mansion in Buckhead may not lay the wrecking ball on the historic property after all.
Dallas Clement, the CFO for Cox Enterprises, is reportedly meeting with local preservation groups to renovate the mansion instead of tearing it down, reports Curbed Atlanta.
An estate sale was held two weeks ago for the 1938 Buckhead mansion that Clement was planning to demolish.
