A 50-year-old office building in the heart of Buckhead has a new owner, who is preparing to carry out an extensive renovation and facelift for the property.

An affiliate of The Roseview Group and PM Realty Group joined forces to buy the Peachtree Lenox Building for $21.3 million, BuckheadView reports. The 1964-vintage office building will get a 2015-vintage makeover, with brand new architecture in the lobby and common areas of the 9-story, approximately 125,000 sq. ft. space.
Several prominent companies such as BB&T, Randstad, and Bosley Medical already occupy the building; PM Realty Group will take over the leasing of the building and property maintenance, BuckheadView says.

The Peachtree Lenox Building is located at 3379 Peachtree Road.
