Buckhead ZIP Code Among Priciest, Forbes Says

Buckhead is understood to have some pricey real estate, but a wealth magazine has figured out just how exclusive a Buckhead ZIP Code can be.

According to Forbes, Buckhead’s 30327 ZIP Code is the 235th most expensive in the United States. Forbes says that homes on the market in 30327 sell for an average of $1,460,595 and average around 170 days on the market before they’re sold. There are quite a few properties on the market now, with Forbes reporting 196 in inventory.

For an example of such haughty real estate, one need look no further than this 30327 listing from Zillow. This home at 3225 Paces Bend is being offered for $2.5 million and includes features like, “large living spaces with extensive millwork, floor-to-ceiling windows, luxurious owner’s retreat with spa-like bath, and walk-out level back grounds with gunite pool.”

Number one of Forbes’ list is Atherton, CA’s 94027 ZIP Code, which boasts an average sale price of $10,564,038 and an average time on market of 106 days.
