Developers Propose Nearly 250-Unit Apartment Complex in Buckhead Village

A development group has proposed converting an aging shopping center behind a condominium complex in the Buckhead Village into a brand-new apartment complex with almost 250 units available for rent.
Atlanta Business Chronicle reports that Trammell Crow Residential shared its plans to transform the 276,000 sq. ft. of space behind the Barcelona condominiums at Pharr Road and Granville Avenue into a 244-unit apartment complex with a Buckhead development review committee on Wednesday.
