Teague is one of many Hawks whose future is uncertain after the team was swept by the Cleveland Cavaliers in the playoffs for the second straight year. He signed a four-year contract with the Hawks in 2013 for $32 million.

But Teague has found far more success with his team than another former Terminus resident. Dan Uggla, who was a huge disappointment during his time with the Atlanta Braves, sold his condo in 2014 for $2.25 million.

Teague's former condo has three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, one half bath, floor to ceiling windows, a media room, bar, and an office.
