Buckhead’s Neighborhood Planning Unit (NPU) B unanimously approved a rezoning request for the property at 2520 Peachtree Road to allow for the construction of a130,000 sq. ft., 22-story condominium tower planned to contain around 100 units during its July 7 meeting, BuckheadView says. A 47-unit condo complex built in 1955 currently sits on the site.
Representatives from developers JPX Works, LLC did not even need to come to the meeting, as the project was one of eight that were approved as part of NPU-B’s consent agenda.
