BuckheadView says that The Loudermilk Companies have presented their plans for a new office tower development at 359 East Paces Ferry Road. The 12-story tower would include ground floor retail and would replace the current building on the property. Loudermilk applied for a demolition permit for the building in February, and wants to start construction of the tower this fall.
Loudermilk also hopes that the tower will kick off a wave of new developments in the area, including a new building replacing the strip mall across Bolling Way from the old HiFi Buys store which is now owned by Buckhead Atlanta developers OliverMcMillan.
