Mixed-Use Development Coming Near Trader Joe's
The development would have approximately 5,700 sq. ft. of retail space and over 200 apartment units, according to a report.
Wood Partners has submitted plans to build a mixed-use development adjacent to Trader Joe’s in the Buckhead Village, according to a report.
Plans call for the construction of a 21-story tower on Peachtree Road that will slope down to 13 stories on East Shadowlawn Drive, BuckheadView says. The development will contain 5,700 sq. ft. of retail space and some 220 apartment units.
Developers have added a six-level parking garage with a capacity of 415 cars. Special Public Interest (SPI) district 9 planners requested Wood Partners dress up the exterior of the garage to make it fit with the aesthetic of the area.
