Developers have proposed building a new mixed-use residential tower with five levels of parking for the intersection of Pharr Road and North Fulton Drive.

The seven-story tower as planned will contain 298 residential units, 7,740 sq. ft. of ground-level retail, 12,700 sq. ft. of open air amenity space including a pool, and approximately 500 parking spaces, BuckheadView reports. City planning officials want 546 parking spaces for the site, but developers PollackShores are asking for a variance to allow for only 490 spaces.

PollackShores has commissioned a parking study to determine whether the 490 parking spots are adequate, BuckheadView says, and planning officials will want to see the findings of the study before moving ahead with the approval process.
